The Employee of the Month for January 2026 at the Phoenix Convention Center (PCC) is Richard Robinson.
Richard exemplifies and exceeds the standard IPSA Security expects from all our uniformed officers. Richard has been with IPSA for nearly 14 years has had a nearly perfect attendance record during that span. Richard’s legacy knowledge is vital in providing key guidance to all IPSA PCC newcomers. He showcases a welcoming experience to the high tempo environment which eases the newcomers during the initial training process. Richard’s assistance with availability and flexibility for last second call offs/schedule changes has earned him the IPSA EOM award for January 2026.
