Do you provide camera security (install & remote surveillance)? Or just Unarmed Security Guards. Or both?
IPSA Security Services specializes in a variety of solutions, however for installation and remote monitoring we recommend our quality partners to assist with those services.
Does IPSA provide armed security guards?
The IPSA specialty is through the use of unarmed security solutions only. This alternative to armed services offers our clients options with lower risks, reduced liability and cost savings.
Do you have a protocol for Security Guards calling in sick, not showing up, etc.?
Yes, IPSA has assigned, on-call officers available that are properly trained at each location to address any needs that may result in a need to fill a position.
Are your Security Guards trained in the latest advanced security and de-escalation skills as well as conflict resolution?
Yes, our officers are trained in many facets of customer service, verbal Judo, and de-escalation. IPSA has over 300 on-line courses to choose from to ensure our officers are trained properly to handle any situation that may arise.
How long has IPSA been in business?
IPSA has been serving the Greater Phoenix area since 2010. Since then, we have expanded our security services to Austin, Texas and surrounding areas.
What kind of reporting does IPSA provide?
IPSA’s proprietary technology platforms, in combination with uniquely designed security programs, provide our clients around-the-clock access to customized reporting dashboards.
What type of background check is performed on your Security Guards?
Background checks are completed by Arizona DPS and through the FBI. All officers must have their background completed before they are able to start work at IPSA.
What site-specific security training have your guards had?
Following the assembly of a custom security team, IPSA will conduct a comprehensive facility tour as well as safety audits in order to properly dispatch the security team and strategy. Any additional training required by the security staff will be conducted prior to post assignments.
Do you have bilingual security staff available?
Yes, IPSA does have bilingual security staff available.

Is security experience necessary to work for IPSA Security Services?
IPSA does not require prior experience in security services for many of our entry-level positions.
How often does IPSA conduct performance reviews of their employees?
Performance reviews are conducted with new employees at 90-Days of service and annually thereafter.
