Valerie Swafford is the IPSA EOM for January 2021. Valerie was chosen for her outstanding customer service and her dedication to her team and IPSA. She is always willing to go the extra mile for the team. Not only is she willing to do what it takes she does that without any complaints even with a commute from Casa Grande to Phoenix and shows up with a smile for anyone she comes in contact with!
